Job summary

Vivo Food Sdn Bhd operates Vivo Pizza, a growing restaurant chain with 17 outlets across Malaysia. We are seeking guest-focused team members to welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean dining area.

Candidates will handle payments and respond to menu questions while upholding food safety and service standards. This role supports growth across our expanding network of locations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Answer customer questions about menu items, promotions, and ingredients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to requests and resolving minor concerns promptly.
• Prepare tables before guests arrive and clear tables after service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and work areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately according to company procedures.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
