Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process them efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Operate the cash register and process cash, card, and digital payments.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion standards are maintained.
• Keep dining areas, counters, kitchen workstations, and equipment clean and sanitized.
• Refill supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Prepare ingredients by washing, cutting, measuring, and portioning food items.
• Cook and assemble menu items according to recipes and company standards.
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control is consistently maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and storage areas.
• Receive, store, and organize food supplies and inventory properly.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors when supplies need replenishment.
• Dispose of waste and clean kitchen areas according to sanitation procedures.
