Job summary

Magma Hospitality Management Sdn Bhd – Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Front Desk/Guest Services associate to welcome guests with energy and warmth, manage check-in and check-out, and handle inquiry requests. You will update guest profiles, coordinate with housekeeping and engineering for room readiness, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience.

Fresh graduates welcome; English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and warmth, offering an outstanding first impression of the WOLO brand.
• Conduct check-in and check-out efficiently using the hotel system.
• Assist guests with requests and inquiries.
• Anticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to enhance their experience.
• Maintain high grooming standards while on duty.
• Handle room assignments, key issuance, and payment procedures.
• Maintain and update guest profiles in the system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for room readiness and service recovery.
