Job summary

AMVERTON is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to welcome guests, handle check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, manage reservations, and process payments through the PMS system.

You will coordinate with Housekeeping and F&B, promote hotel facilities and packages, and contribute to a warm, efficient resort experience. Fresh graduates welcome; English and Bahasa Malaysia required; weekends and holidays may apply; staff meals and uniform provided.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Flexible and presentable with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn hotel PMS and systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with check-in/check-out.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, walk-in.
• Process reservations, room assignments, and billing in the PMS.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
