Job summary

Antara Genting By Harvinton Mansion in Genting Highlands, Malaysia, seeks a Front Office/Guest Service associate to welcome guests and manage check-ins/outs. You will provide information about the property and nearby attractions, and handle enquiries and requests throughout the stay.

Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance, manage keys and front office deposits, and assist guests via WhatsApp, phone, and OTA platforms. At least 1 year in front office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Friendly, customer-service oriented and professional.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in hotel/front office is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in and check-out professionally and efficiently.
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Provide information about the property, facilities, attractions and nearby places.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance regarding room status and guest requests.
• Manage room keys/cards, deposits and front office transactions accurately.
• Assist guests via WhatsApp, phone calls and OTA platforms.
• Follow up on guest issues to ensure proper resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and shift handovers.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby area are clean and presentable.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Manager or Management.
