Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage or customer service.
• Passion for delivering friendly guest service.
• Basic knowledge of F&B service procedures.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English; other languages an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and attentive service: welcome guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, respond to guest requests.
• Create memorable guest experiences by building relationships and anticipating needs.
• Maintain service excellence by adhering to Hilton standards and presenting high-quality food and beverages.
• Support outlet operations with table setup, clearing, resetting, cleaning, and pre/post service tasks.
• Work closely with colleagues, supervisors, kitchen teams, and other departments for seamless service.
• Promote menu items and offers, process orders accurately, and minimize wastage.
• Uphold health and safety standards and follow food safety/hygiene protocols.
• Develop skills through training and ongoing knowledge of menus and hospitality standards.
