Job summary

Alcenco Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Offset Printing Machine Operator for our Kepong facility. You will set up and run offset presses to produce brochures, leaflets, and packaging, ensuring smooth operation and high print quality.

You will monitor the process, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and document production and maintenance activities while collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as Offset Printing Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong mechanical and technical understanding of offset printing equipment and processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, work instructions, and quality control standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality printing standards.
• Good manual dexterity and physical stamina for demanding role.
• Effective communication to collaborate with the production team.

About the role

Alcenco Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a skilled Offset Printing Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. As a full-time role based in our Kepong facility, you will play a crucial part in the production process, ensuring the efficient and high-quality operation of our offset printing equipment.

What you’ll be doing

Set up and operate offset printing machines to produce a variety of printed materials, such as brochures, leaflets, and packaging

Monitor the printing process, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistent print quality and optimal machine performance

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the printing equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition

Identify and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions that arise during the printing process, and take appropriate corrective actions

Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient completion of print jobs

Maintain detailed records of production, materials usage, and equipment maintenance

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as an Offset Printing Machine Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry

Strong mechanical aptitude and technical understanding of offset printing equipment and processes

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, work instructions, and quality control standards

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues quickly

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality printing standards
