Hot Print Media PLT is seeking an experienced Inkjet Machine Operator to operate and maintain high-performance inkjet printing equipment in a full-time role based in Puchong, Selangor. Qualifications

• Proven experience operating inkjet printing machines in a commercial or industrial printing environment.
• Technical knowledge of inkjet printing technology, including colour management and print settings.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic maintenance on printing equipment.
• Reading and interpreting production specifications and technical documentation.
• Experience with production management software or printing industry systems (advantageous).

Responsibilities

About the role

Hot Print Media PLT is seeking an experienced Inkjet Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team. This is a full-time position based in Puchong, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining high-performance inkjet printing equipment to produce quality printed materials for our diverse client base. As an Inkjet Machine Operator, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our printing operations run smoothly and efficiently, directly contributing to the company's reputation for excellence in the printing and publishing services industry.

What you'll be doing

• Operating inkjet printing machines in accordance with production schedules and quality specifications
• Setting up and configuring inkjet equipment for various print jobs, including adjusting colour profiles and print settings
• Monitoring print quality and ensuring output meets established standards and client requirements
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of inkjet machines to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and making necessary adjustments or reporting issues to supervisors
• Loading and managing printing materials, inks and substrates throughout the production process
• Maintaining accurate production logs and documentation for each print run
• Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and achieve production targets
• Implementing safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste

What we're looking for

• Proven experience operating inkjet printing machines in a commercial or industrial printing environment
• Technical knowledge of inkjet printing technology, including colour management and print settings
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistent quality standards
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic maintenance on printing equipment
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting production specifications and technical documentation
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to meet production deadlines
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
• Physical capability to lift and carry materials, and to stand for extended periods
• Valid certification or formal training in inkjet printing operations (preferred)
• Experience with production management software or printing industry systems (advantageous)
