Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a printing operator to join our packaging production team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will operate printing machines, perform setup and changeovers, and monitor print quality to ensure outputs meet our high standards.

You will support daily production activities and maintain good housekeeping while adhering to safety and SOP guidelines. Candidate should have 1–2 years in printing or production, be willing to work in shifts and overtime,

Qualifications

• Experience in printing or production environment is preferred.
• Able to follow SOPs, work instructions and production procedures.
• Familiar with basic maintenance and machine setup is advantageous.
• Physically fit for fast-paced production.
• Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing machines according to production schedule, SOPs and instructions.

Job Description:

• Operate printing machines according to production schedule, work instructions, and SOP


• Support daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement


• Perform machine setup, adjustment, and changeover activities


• Monitor print quality to ensure output meets required company standards


• Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting when necessary


• Perform routine cleaning of machines and maintain good housekeeping at workplace


• Record daily production output accurately and report any machine abnormalities or issues


• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain safe working practices at all times


• Work closely with production team to meet daily output and efficiency targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in printing or production industry


• Familiar with printing machine operation


• Able to follow SOPs, work instructions, and production procedures


• Experience in machine setup and basic maintenance is an advantage


• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production environment


• Willing to work in shift system and overtime when required
