Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Printing Supervisor in Malaysia for a manufacturing company specializing in packaging solutions. You will supervise printing operators, plan manpower according to production schedule, and ensure machine setup and output meet quality standards.

This role requires 3–5 years in printing, strong leadership, and the ability to manage shifts, OT planning, and continuous improvement with QA, maintenance and planning teams to maintain smooth production

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in printing or related manufacturing
• Hands-on knowledge of printing machine operation and troubleshooting
• Experience supervising production team or line leadership
• Ability to manage shift operations, manpower, and production targets
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must come from printing industry background (mandatory)
• Willing to work overtime in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Supervise printing operators and oversee daily production activities and output

Job Description:

• Supervise printing operators and oversee daily production activities and output
• Plan and allocate manpower according to production schedule and workload
• Ensure machine setup, operation, and production output meet required quality standards
• Monitor production efficiency, wastage control, and downtime reduction initiatives
• Troubleshoot printing machine issues and coordinate with maintenance team for repairs
• Ensure compliance with SOP, safety regulations, and company procedures at all times
• Monitor and manage shift operations, including OT planning and manpower arrangement
• Review daily production reports and implement improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
• Work closely with QA, Maintenance, and Planning teams to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in printing or related manufacturing industry
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of printing machine operation and troubleshooting (Flexo / Offset / Gravure or similar)
• Proven experience in supervising production team or line leadership role
• Able to manage shift operation, manpower allocation, and production targets effectively
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Must be from printing industry background (mandatory)
• Willing to work overtime and handle high production demand
• Able to work in fast‑paced manufacturing environment
