Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a printing operator to join our packaging production team in Malaysia. The successful candidate will operate printing machines, perform setup and changeovers, and monitor print quality to ensure outputs meet our high standards.

You will support daily production activities and maintain good housekeeping while adhering to safety and SOP guidelines. Candidate should have 1–2 years in printing or production, be willing to work in shifts and overtime,

Qualifications

• Experience in printing or production environment is preferred.
• Able to follow SOPs, work instructions and production procedures.
• Familiar with basic maintenance and machine setup is advantageous.
• Physically fit for fast-paced production.
• Willing to work in shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Operate printing machines according to production schedule, SOPs and instructions.
• Support daily production to ensure smooth workflow and target achievement.
• Perform machine setup, adjustment and changeovers.
• Monitor print quality to meet company standards.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Keep machines clean and maintain good housekeeping.
