Job summary

Shopee is seeking a senior strategist to drive core operational and logistics speed improvements across the regional marketplace. You will bridge business needs with product development, design scalable policies, and lead new initiatives from concept to local scaling.

The role requires strong problem-solving, communication, and project-management skills, with experience in e-commerce or fast-paced tech environments. MBA would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA advantageous.
• Experience in e-commerce, fast-paced tech start-ups, management consulting, corporate strategy, or private equity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose bottlenecks across the end-to-end e-commerce value chain to optimize speed metrics.
• Design, implement, and iterate scalable marketplace policies and processes with cross-functional teams.
• Act as the strategic lead bridging business needs and product development; build robust business cases and rollout plans.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new initiatives from market research to pilot testing and scaling.
