MR DIY Malaysia is seeking a Strategy & Growth professional to support the development and implementation of high-impact strategic projects that fuel the group’s global growth and profitability.

You will collaborate with international teams to plan expansion, build financial models, analyze markets, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives to launch new concepts and ensure timely delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• Experience in strategy, management consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong analytical, commercial and execution skills.
• Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and industry tools such as Bloomberg/Capital IQ.

Responsabilidades

• Support strategic planning and operational excellence of existing businesses and expansion activities.
• Support launch and scale new concepts or growth projects.
• Identify strategic issues influencing growth and profitability.
• Manage portfolio of investee companies to deliver deal value.
• Develop market intelligence and thought leadership for the Group.
• Build financial models and perform sensitivity analyses to highlight risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure timely new market setup.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Support ad-hoc special projects for top management.
