Job summary

HEPMIL is seeking a Business Development Manager / Assistant Manager to drive new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships and deliver successful campaigns. You will collaborate with Creative, Accounts, Creator Partnerships and Production teams to create solutions that meet client objectives and deliver impactful campaigns.

The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, confident in client-facing situations, and thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in business development, advertising sales, client servicing, account management or digital/media agencies.
• Proven experience in managing clients and developing new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms (TikTok & Instagram).
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate client needs into opportunities.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with multiple deadlines.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, target-driven, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across brands, agencies and potential partners.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to support targets.
• Conduct client outreach, meetings and presentations to understand business needs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, agency partners and decision-makers.
• Translate client briefs into relevant campaign solutions with internal teams.
• Lead campaigns from initial brief through to completion with cross-team collaboration.
• Prepare proposals, pitch decks and campaign recommendations to clients and agencies.
• Analyze campaign results and provide actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
