Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in a creative or influencer/creator agency.
• Minimum 2+ years of direct team management experience.
• Deep understanding of creator economy and platform algorithms.
• Ability to translate niche influencer styles into mass-market campaigns.
• Exceptional copywriting and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and scale a team of creative strategists.
• Review and approve campaign strategies and pitch decks.
• Build scalable workflows and best practices for the strategy team.
• Lead creative solution ideation for large-scale campaigns.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to drive revenue.
