MNB Studios Sdn Bhd is seeking an ambitious Sales & Business Development Executive to drive new business, acquire clients, and grow revenue through strategic influencer marketing campaigns.

You will identify opportunities, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while building lasting relationships with brands and partners. Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields preferred.
• Experience in sales, business development, advertising or digital marketing is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales potential are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, target-driven and able to work independently.
• Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Willingness to attend client meetings, networking events and industry functions.

Responsabilités

• Identify and approach potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets to drive revenue growth.
• Develop sales strategies to expand the client base and market presence.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations to pitch services to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Understand clients' marketing objectives and recommend suitable KOL solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop influencer marketing proposals and campaign strategies.
• Coordinate with KOL managers and creative teams to execute campaigns successfully.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, KOLs and industry partners.
