Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Aged 18 years and above.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Confident, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Own transport and valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through calls, visits, social media, and referrals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries and close sales in a timely manner.
• Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
