Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Ability to prepare business proposals, tender submissions, and correspondence.
• Basic understanding of contracts, tender procedures, and procurement processes.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to travel and attend events, including after-office hours.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in business development or marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote our brand and services.
• Engage and build rapport with potential and existing clients in a professional manner.
• Assist in coordinating and organizing company events to attract new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, tenders, and partnership opportunities.
• Assist in preparing, coordinating, and submitting tenders, quotations, proposals, and other business documents within deadlines.
• Review tender documents, contracts, and project requirements to ensure compliance with company capabilities and client expectations.
• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for client engagement.
• Follow up on leads generated from events and tenders to convert them into opportunities.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, government agencies, and partners regarding tender submissions.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand presence during events.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client communications.
