Job summary

EVERLASTING BASE SDN. BHD. in Melaka is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Officer to drive sales initiatives and marketing campaigns from our Melaka office.

You will support the sales team, coordinate marketing activities, maintain customer records and prepare reports to track progress against targets, while collaborating with other departments to grow market presence. Diploma or Bachelor's in Sales, Marketing, or Business Admin is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales coordination, marketing support or similar customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support sales activities, including preparing sales proposals, quotations and client presentations.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate records.
• Liaise between sales, marketing and other stakeholders to implement cohesive strategy.
• Prepare sales reports, performance metrics and analytics to track progress against targets.
• Support client relationship management with timely follow-ups and enquiries.
• Coordinate promotional events, product launches and trade shows as required.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategies.
• Create marketing materials including brochures, social media content and literature.
