The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field, have proven experience in a sales or marketing support role, and demonstrate strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in a sales or marketing support role, ideally in a sales coordinator capacity.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in identifying, prospecting and nurturing potential client relationships to increase revenue.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across various channels to promote our products and services.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations and sales presentations to clients.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate records and follow-up activities.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Coordinate trade shows, events and other promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Support the creation of marketing materials including brochures, presentations and digital content.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales and marketing operations to ensure smooth workflow.
