Job summary

Anverson Drinkware Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive sales professional based in Melaka to identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant sales experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel within assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through active prospecting for potential customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate terms with clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
• Monitor industry trends, gather competitor information, and report market insights.
• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and follow up promptly with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales service.
• Maintain proper records and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
