Job summary

Bina Jaya Venture SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This hands-on role combines sales, business development, digital marketing, social media, customer relationship management, and brand development.

You will work directly with customers and partners, generate new opportunities, manage digital campaigns, and contribute ideas to fuel growth. Fresh graduates with a relevant degree are welcome; 2+ years' experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2 years of working experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related role; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in digital marketing, social media management & content creation will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads and expand the company’s customer base to achieve targets and objectives.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships by understanding needs and providing solutions.
• Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Serve as the primary contact for inquiries via social media, online channels, and offline platforms.
• Identify potential B2B partnerships and conduct presentations and discussions with prospective partners.
• Plan, create, and manage content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate with agencies to execute digital marketing campaigns and lead generation activities.
