Job summary

Concentrix Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Specialist, Sales Development to identify new opportunities, optimize partner-led leads, and accelerate deals across SMB accounts. You will collaborate with channel partners and inside sales to build a stronger pipeline and improve win rates.

You will manage marketing qualified leads, ensure timely follow-up, and maintain CRM data quality, supporting faster closes for lower-value SMB deals.

• Outbound prospecting to identify new SMB opportunities.
• Manage MQLs and ensure timely routing for qualification.
• Ensure seamless handoff to account managers with full context.
