Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Malaysia) is hiring for a sales role to grow new business with corporate clients, delivering tailored print and digital solutions that drive ROI.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and engage in product demos while building long-term partnerships across Malaysia. Open roles exist in Alor Setar, Selangor and Johor Bahru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
• 2+ years of related sales or marketing experience is preferred.
• Fully proficient in English and local languages spoken at work.

Responsibilities

• Grow new business by identifying prospects and building relationships.
• Present tailored solutions and demonstrate ROI to corporate clients.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales follow-up.

• Become a trusted advisor to corporate clients—run engaging product demos and translate features into real ROI.
• Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, proposing, closing and post‑sales follow‑through.
• Deliver clear value stories and negotiate win‑win deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong account relationships to drive retention, referrals and expansion.

Job Requirement

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree, Diploma / Advanced Diploma or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking,Computer Science / Information Technology,Marketing
• Preferably at least 2 years of related working experience.
• Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
• Good communication skills in English,Malay,Chinese,Mandarin language for both spoken and written
