Job summary

Veeam Software in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Renewal Account Manager for Enterprise Accounts to own end-to-end renewals of subscription and maintenance contracts. You will collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering to drive renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities.

Responsibilities include forecasting, data analysis, and negotiating renewal offers with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in Sales, Account Management, Renewals, or Customer Success.
• Analytical skills and advanced usage of Excel.
• Proven track record of overachievement of quota and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end renewal of subscription and maintenance contracts for Enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Account Managers, Customer Success and Sales Engineering to drive renewals and expansions.
• Forecast, analyze data, and provide insights to reduce churn and grow revenue.
• Negotiate renewal offers and upsell of premium offerings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to prepare renewal agreements and terms with partners and legal.
