Job summary

Shopee Malaysia is seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive product features for the marketplace, focusing on improving user experience and payments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams from ideation to launch in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage the product lifecycle, coordinate with stakeholders, and help shape the strategy for user and payment scopes, contributing to growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing design and prioritization of product features.
• UI/UX and customer experience knowledge a plus.
• E-commerce domain knowledge, especially user experience and payments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.
• Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the User/Payment scope, aligning with company goals.
• Coordinate with regional and local teams to review and improve usability, functionality and performance.
• Provide training and documentation to internal teams on user/payment processes and policies.
• Assist in resolving customer escalations and complex user/payment scenarios.
