Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of working experience in management consulting, growth, acquisition, retention, operations, partnerships, technology or high-growth companies.
• Strong interest in driver acquisition, user growth, retention, marketplace operations or business transformation.
• Strong business acumen with ability to identify growth and operational improvement opportunities.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Highly analytical with ability to generate data-backed insights and translate into practical recommendations.
• Able to manage projects independently from initiation to completion with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable with ambiguity, moving quickly and adapting to changing priorities.
• Willing to experiment, test new approaches and learn from initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and support driver acquisition, activation, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Analyse driver funnel performance and behaviour to identify opportunities across lead generation, onboarding, first transaction, productivity and churn.
• Identify operational, process and product gaps and initiate improvement projects or proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end projects from research and feasibility to pilot execution and rollout.
• Identify and develop partnership opportunities with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Develop pilot programmes and POCs with defined mechanics, budget, timeline and metrics.
• Engage with drivers to support campaign adoption and gather feedback.
• Understand driver ecosystem and business priorities to manage deliverables and resources.
• Act as liaison between functions for smooth communication and milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data and conduct analysis for business improvement.
• Apply test-and-learn approach and iterate initiatives based on data.
