Job summary

Shopee Mobile Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for Driver Operations (Project). The role focuses on designing driver initiatives, analysing funnel performance, and leading end-to-end projects to boost driver acquisition and retention.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, shaping pilots, budgets and metrics while applying a test-and-learn approach across regional operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of working experience in management consulting, growth, acquisition, retention, operations, partnerships, technology or high-growth companies.
• Strong academic background with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Projects.
• Strong analytical skills with data-backed insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to manage projects independently from initiation to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and support driver acquisition, activation, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Analyze driver funnel performance and identify opportunities across lead generation and onboarding.
• Identify gaps and initiate improvement projects or proof-of-concept initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end projects from feasibility to rollout and post-evaluation.
• Develop partnerships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Define pilot mechanics, budget, timeline and success metrics.
• Engage with drivers to support campaign adoption and gather feedback.
• Communicate findings and recommendations through structured presentations.
