Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks for sorters & drivers depending on headcount.
• Receive inbound parcels from the linehaul team.
• Coordinate and schedule daily activities with drivers.
• Monitor driver behavior and ensure customer service.
• Assist fleet team lead in training of new drivers.
• Monitor and report KPI compliance.
• Ensure compliance of safety policies and standard operating procedures.
