Job summary

Sediour Beauty Marketing is seeking a versatile marketer to drive our social media presence, manage influencer collaborations, and oversee e-commerce operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. The role also focuses on AI-powered workflow improvements and CRM-driven customer engagement.

You will coordinate campaigns, optimize content across major platforms, and contribute to loyalty programs and upsell initiatives, ultimately supporting growth and brand visibility in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Marketing/Social Media Management: manage creators/influencers, upload UGC videos, and handle TikTok/FB/IG/Lemon8 content
• Operations and E-commerce: coordinate Shopee/TikTok Shop/Shopify activities, fulfilment, and campaigns
• AI optimisation: upgrade internal workflows with latest AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc)
• Customer Service and CRM: respond to inquiries, manage loyalty program and upsell strategies
