Job summary

Commerceplus is seeking an Ecommerce Executive to drive revenue growth across assigned brands. You will be trained in Commerceplus growth planning methods and execute promotions from acquisition to retention across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify.

You will operate campaign setups, promotions, and store updates within SOPs, while collaborating with digital media, content creators and designers to deliver compelling campaigns.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Able to work Monday - Friday (On-Site).
• Standby to support during Peak Days and Brand Campaign Days.
• Resourceful and strong drive to solve problems effectively and independently.
• Results- and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong written communication skills and Excel skills.
• Experience in marketplace seller centers and multichannel ecommerce software is an advantage.
• Strong desire to learn new skills through on‑the‑job coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver revenue growth for the brands assigned to you and support growth through Commerceplus growth planning methods.
• Plan, set up, optimize and track consumer acquisition activities across marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and Shopify.
• Operate promotional campaigns, assortment updates and store changes within defined SOPs across marketplaces.
• Market the store to the right customers and collaborate with digital media, content creators and designers to generate campaigns.
• Manage campaigns and budgets and work with specialist teams to execute exciting campaigns for your brands.
