Job summary

The Consumer Company (TCC) is seeking a hands-on e-commerce specialist to grow a portfolio of brands on TikTok Shop and Shopee in Kuala Lumpur. You will combine platform expertise with strategic campaign planning to maximise sales and brand presence across online channels.

You will manage listings, campaigns, ads, and performance analytics, coordinating with hosts, affiliates, and brand teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years hands-on Shopee and/or TikTok Shop experience.
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Able to handle multiple brands at once.
• FMCG experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise product listings across TikTok Shop and Shopee.
• Plan and execute monthly mega campaigns (9.9, 11.11, 12.12, payday sales).
• Set up and optimise Shopee Ads and TikTok campaigns; track ROAS and manage ad budgets.
• Coordinate livestream schedules with hosts and manage TikTok affiliates and KOLs.
• Track daily and monthly sales, traffic, conversion and ad performance; produce weekly reports.
