Cognicore Outsourcing Service is seeking a marketing leader to define GTM & Brand Strategy for launches across India and Australia, while driving integrated campaigns across paid ads, social, SEO, and CRM. You will own player acquisition through Meta and TikTok, build affiliate and KOL partnerships, and manage retention via CRM channels.

Lead a small team, oversee budgeting, and present data-driven reports to leadership.

Qualificações

• Proven track record marketing to India, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam or SEA.
• Experience managing ad spend across Meta/Google/TikTok with strong ROAS.
• Experience launching or scaling brands with defined identity, voice, and positioning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop GTM & Brand Strategy for launches across India/Australia.
• Lead 360-degree campaigns across paid, social, SEO, and CRM.
• Drive Player Acquisition via Meta, Google, TikTok with budget management.
• Build Affiliate & KOL partnerships from scratch and optimize performance.
• Manage Retention & Community through CRM, Telegram and Discord communities.
• Lead a team of three specialists, manage budget, and report ROI to leadership.
