Job summary

Cleve, based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a growth marketer to own end-to-end growth strategy—from acquisition channels to product-led loops and retention. You’ll collaborate with the CMO and product team to drive rapid user growth and community engagement.

You will run experiments across channels, optimize for retention, and scale referral programs while expanding presence on major platforms like LinkedIn and TikTok. This role emphasizes ownership, speed, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of growth or performance marketing experience in a B2C or PLG startup.
• Fluency with analytics tools and a habit of running structured experiments.
• A track record of meaningfully moving acquisition or retention metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own and experiment across growth channels: SEO, content, paid, community, partnerships.
• Build and optimise product-led growth loops with the product team.
• Dig into user data to find drop-offs and unlock retention.
• Build and scale referral and word-of-mouth programs.
• Grow our presence across LinkedIn,TikTok, and other key channels.
