Lead listings optimization, campaigns, and AI-driven content creation to boost traffic, conversions, and revenue. Must be tech-savvy, independent, and results-oriented with a passion for digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong common sense and problem-solving ability.
• Highly proficient with AI tools.
• Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in e-commerce growth or digital marketing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize product listings (titles, images, pricing, bundles).
• Monitor and improve conversion rates and overall store performance.
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and platform ads.
• Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.
• Continuously test and improve listings, pricing, promotions, and customer journey.
• Plan and publish content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Develop creative content ideas that increase brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and sales.
• Create and edit short-form videos, graphics, captions, and other digital content.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to create relevant content.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.
• Use AI tools extensively to improve productivity, creativity, research, and decision-making.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle basic issues.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Monitor feedback and reviews to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Continuously test and improve listings, campaigns, and content.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform changes.
