Job summary

Himalaya Wellness Indonesia seeks a marketing professional to scale e-commerce on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok. You will manage ads, coordinate with agencies, and drive AI-powered content creation to boost traffic and sales.

You will develop content scripts, hooks and variations, publish a consistent TikTok calendar, and collaborate with affiliates. A one-year contract is offered, with focus on growth and performance across marketplaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in e-commerce, digital or performance marketing.
• Hands-on ads experience across Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.
• Practical AI tools for image/video generation with demonstrable work.
• Understanding of TikTok formats, storytelling and conversion.
• Experience publishing content and coordinating with affiliates/creators.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and turn findings into actions.
• Willing to commit to a one-year contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise marketplace advertising budgets and campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies and internal teams on calendars and promotions.
• Create AI-driven content, scripts, hooks and variations.
• Plan, publish and test TikTok content with a calendar.
• Identify affiliates/creators and manage samples and briefs.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and insights.
