Pay It Forward (PIF) seeks an experienced operations leader to drive Malaysia growth, owning the market end-to-end and building scalable systems.

You will forge local partnerships, optimize the user journey with product and tech, and recruit a high-performing Malaysia team, reporting to the founders.

This founder-minded role requires deep market expertise and a hands-on approach to turning strategy into measurable impact.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, strategy, or general management within high-growth platform or marketplace environments.
• Hands-on scaling experience from 0→1 or 1→10, with merchant acquisition and growth initiatives.
• Extensive exposure to the Malaysia market with strong understanding of local consumer behavior and merchant landscape.
• Deep connections within F&B chains, merchant networks, and CSR/ESG departments to unlock opportunities early.
• High data literacy with ability to optimize funnels and bridge business needs with technical iterations.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own the comprehensive Malaysia market strategy by identifying growth levers and localizing the PIF business model.
• Take complete ownership of the Malaysia business funnel and performance metrics, overseeing every stage from user acquisition to long-term retention.
• Build SOPs, dashboards, and reporting systems to ensure the business model is structured for rapid, sustainable scalability while maintaining high operational standards.
• Proactively diagnose operational bottlenecks and translate ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable execution plans.
• Leverage a deep local network to secure high-impact partnerships across F&B chains, CSR/ESG sponsors, and NGO partners to drive platform growth.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to optimize the user journey and translate insights into technical roadmaps.
• Act as a primary strategic partner to the founders for regional expansion while leading recruitment and day-to-day management of a Malaysia team.
