Job summary

The Wolfpack Investment Holdings PTE. LTD. is expanding its presence in Malaysia and seeks an entrepreneurial Head of Sales & Partnerships to spearhead business development and revenue growth across the market.

You will lead sponsorship, partnerships and sales, build strong relationships with brands, agencies, media owners, venue partners and stakeholders, and close new commercial opportunities across events, content, experiences and brand partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, partnerships, sponsorship or business development.
• Strong network within Malaysia's brand, marketing, media, events or agency ecosystem.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial, commercially driven and highly self-motivated.
• Comfortable operating independently in a growing business environment.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead sponsorship, partnership and business development efforts in Malaysia.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, agencies, media owners, venue partners and key stakeholders.
• Identify, pursue and close new commercial opportunities across events, content, experiences and brand partnerships.
• Develop commercial proposals, sponsorship packages and integrated partnership solutions.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Work closely with Singapore HQ and business unit leaders to drive market growth.
• Represent The Wolfpack at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.
• Achieve and exceed agreed revenue and commercial targets.
