Job summary

The Wolfpack Investment Holdings PTE. LTD. is seeking an ambitious Country Head to lead and grow its Malaysia business. This role blends commercial leadership with operational oversight and acts as the primary bridge between Malaysia and regional leadership.

You will own the Malaysia P&L, drive revenue growth through partnerships, oversee local operations and develop the local team as the business expands across the Wolfpack ecosystem.

• Lead and grow The Wolfpack's business operations in Malaysia.

• Work closely with HQ on strategy, reporting, governance and growth initiatives.
• Develop and manage relationships with key brands, agencies, venues, partners and stakeholders.
• Build, lead and develop the local team as the business grows.
• Identify and execute market expansion opportunities across the Wolfpack ecosystem.
• Represent The Wolfpack in Malaysia and serve as the primary local business leader.

We are seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Country Head to lead and grow The Wolfpack's Malaysia business.

This role combines commercial leadership with operational oversight and is responsible for building Wolfpack's presence in Malaysia, driving revenue growth, managing local operations and serving as the key bridge between Malaysia and regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and grow The Wolfpack's business operations in Malaysia.

Drive revenue generation through partnerships, sponsorships, commercial opportunities and new business initiatives.

Own and manage the Malaysia P&L, budgeting and business performance.
