Job summary

The Wolfpack Investment Holdings PTE. LTD. is seeking an ambitious Country Head to lead and grow its Malaysia business. This role blends commercial leadership with operational oversight and acts as the primary bridge between Malaysia and regional leadership.

You will own the Malaysia P&L, drive revenue growth through partnerships, oversee local operations and develop the local team as the business expands across the Wolfpack ecosystem.

Qualifications

Strong commercial leadership experience with responsibility for revenue and business growth.
Experience managing teams, budgets and business operations.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action and execution.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow The Wolfpack's business operations in Malaysia.
Drive revenue generation through partnerships, sponsorships, commercial opportunities and new business initiatives.
Own and manage the Malaysia P&L, budgeting and business performance.
Oversee local operations, administration and business processes.
Work closely with HQ on strategy, reporting, governance and growth initiatives.
Develop and manage relationships with key brands, agencies, venues, partners and stakeholders.
Build, lead and develop the local team as the business grows.
Identify and execute market expansion opportunities across the Wolfpack ecosystem.
Represent The Wolfpack in Malaysia and serve as the primary local business leader.
