• 2–5 years of working experience in related industry (plastics, polymers, masterbatch, compounding, or chemicals).
• A relentless 'hunter's attitude' with a passion for sales and business growth.
• Exceptional confidence and articulation, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for business development purposes.
