Job summary

Unicolour Polymer Technology Sdn Bhd, an established engineering plastics manufacturer, seeks a Marketing Executive to drive customer engagement and market expansion. You will manage social media, prepare quotations, coordinate trials, and work with R&D and production to support customer development.

The role requires 2+ years in sales and marketing, a marketing-related degree, strong copywriting, and proficiency in Canva/Adobe CS. Travel locally and overseas as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to create persuasive marketing copy.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, email marketing, CMS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Manage social media accounts and digital marketing channels with on-brand messaging.
• Promote the company's engineering plastic compounds and customized material solutions.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales inquiries, and negotiate with customers.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently across marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with R&D and production to support customer development projects.
• Provide technical product information and coordinate customer trials as required.
• Achieve sales targets and support company growth.
