Job summary
Grab is seeking a senior leader to shape strategic direction for Financial Services and Omnicommerce, mentoring a high-performing team and partnering with regional leaders. You will influence executives, translate data into actionable plans, and ensure structured, clear execution across complex programs.

Qualifications
- 10–12 years in strategy, consulting, product, or program management at a tech company or financial services/fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to frame problems with hypotheses and translate data into strategic decisions.
- Proven experience driving P&L impact and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive annual and half-year strategy for Financial Services and Omnicommerce verticals with data-backed roadmaps.
- Lead Go-To-Market strategy and operational launches across core products.
- Independently own complex cross-functional projects and clear bottlenecks to ensure delivery.
- Partner with Grab leadership to champion Malaysia's agenda and regional roadmaps.
- Monitor core metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
- Manage, develop and mentor the team to grow analytically and strategically.
