Job summary

GFS - Global Freight Services in Malaysia is seeking a full-time Manager - Sales to lead the sales function for freight forwarding, logistics and supply chain solutions. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business, managing key accounts, and coordinating with operations to deliver competitive logistics offerings.

The role requires 5+ years in freight, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Transportation.
• At least 2 years in sales/business development with targets achieved.
• Experience managing key customer accounts and RFQs/tenders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales & Business Development (80%), driving revenue and GP targets.
• Develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead gen to contract closure and handover.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Product to deliver competitive solutions.
