You will lead commercial strategy, manage key accounts, and steer the Malaysia operations to deliver value for clients and stakeholders.

The role requires a strong track record in international freight, strategic leadership, and the ability to build high-performance teams in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in international freight forwarding leadership.
• Proven track record in securing new customers and growing market share.
• Experience with Air/Ocean Freight, Customs, and integrated supply chain solutions.
• Strong P&L ownership and financial management.
• Established network in Malaysian freight/logistics market.

Responsibilities

• Lead Malaysia business with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive profitable growth and expand customer portfolio.
• Set strategic plan aligned with regional objectives and monitor KPIs.
• Oversee commercial, sales, and operations for high service levels.
• Mentor sales and BD teams to achieve revenue targets.
