Job summary

ONE FOR ALL LOGISTICS (M) SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth in shipping and freight forwarding. You will lead the sales team, develop new opportunities, and expand the customer base while ensuring high satisfaction in shipments and service terms.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long‑term relationships with key customers.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding Sales.
• Strong knowledge of Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Customs Clearance, and Logistics Services.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and business development skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Manage and expand the company's customer portfolio.
• Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and market analysis.
• Work closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and customer satisfaction.
• Negotiate competitive rates with shipping lines, airlines, and other service providers.
• Negotiate service contracts and commercial terms with customers.
• Monitor competitors, freight rates, and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
