Royal Canin seeks a Retail Merchandising Manager (Malaysia & Singapore) to develop and execute merchandising strategies that maximize sales, profitability, and pet owner experience across retail channels.

This role ensures optimal product assortment, shelf visibility, in-store execution, promotional effectiveness, and merchandising standards, while collaborating closely with Brand, Sales & Marketing and Retail Partners.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Experience in FMCG or retail merchandising environments.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Melayu helpful.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with sales and growth objectives.
• Define assortment, product placement, and display standards across retail channels.
• Drive in-store execution, promotional effectiveness, and Perfect Store initiatives.
• Collaborate with Brand, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Retail Partners.
