Job summary

Miseoul (M) Sdn Bhd in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Marketing Executive to support brand growth and sales through planning, execution, and evaluation of integrated marketing initiatives.

You will conduct market research, develop product positioning, plan 360° campaigns, coordinate with agencies, monitor performance, and collaborate with sales and social media teams to boost ROI and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Marketing/ Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 1 year sales experience in FMCG industry.
• Computer literacy – Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Able to multi-task effectively and align with management plan.
• Willing to learn and communicate well with all levels.
• Own transport and willing to work in Bukit Jalil.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in developing product positioning, messaging, and brand communication across touchpoints.
• Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns (digital, social, in-store, events, PR).
• Coordinate with creative and media agencies to develop campaign assets and ensure timely delivery.
• Track campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
• Work with social media team on content calendars, influencer collaborations, and digital engagement.
• Coordinate with sales teams and merchandisers to execute promotional activities and in-store visibility plans.
• Track effectiveness of trade programs and support retailer campaigns.
• Manage assigned marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare regular performance reports covering campaign ROI and category performance.
