This role serves as a key support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) by managing campaigns, monitoring performance, providing strategic recommendations, and guiding junior marketing team members to ensure successful campaign execution and business growth.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the supplement, health, beauty, FMCG, or e-commerce industry.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns on Social Media platforms.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, social media management, and digital advertising.
• Experience coordinating with external agencies, influencers, vendors, or business partners.
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop campaign timelines, coordinate resources, and ensure projects are delivered according to schedule.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with creative, sales, customer service, and external vendors to ensure effective campaign implementation.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and sales performance.
• Manage content calendars and oversee content scheduling across marketing channels.
• Coordinate and support offline marketing activities, including events, roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
• Identify market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to support marketing decisions.
• Ensure marketing materials, advertisements, and communications are aligned with brand guidelines.
• Guide and provide support to Junior Marketing Executives on daily tasks and campaign execution.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting of marketing activities and campaign results.
• Perform additional marketing-related duties as assigned by the CMO.
