Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and execute annual marketing plan and consumer communication initiatives to meet organizational objectives
• Develop digital and social marketing plans for brand execution and new product launches
• Track A&P budgets and spends towards maximizing gains and reducing costs
• Establish effective working relationships with cross functional teams to develop brand building and trade execution plans to be executed in market
• Work closely with agencies (creative agencies and media agencies) and suppliers to establish impactful brand plans for impactful execution in market
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties from time to time
